Rachael Harvey is the co-founder and Executive Creative Producer of the Environments team for Airbnb. She is interested in how architecture - both big and small - affect our experience in space. She has first-hand experience in the act of creating from the mouse to the hammer.

The Environments team designs spaces and things for Airbnb ranging from miniature models which evoke the experience of a trip to an urban park-like event-space replete with an 'outdoor' theater. The team has designed 18 offices located around the globe with a process that combines research and the core values of the company to produce a unique physical platform for non-physical work.

Her work has been recognized by Architizer, FX and even received a Cannes Lion for Branded Environment. Rachael Harvey won the "Young Gun" prize in 2016 from the Art Directors Club of New York.
