As SVP, ECD, NY, Chloe Gottlieb and Taras Wayner partner to lead and manage creative in NY, R/GA¹s flagship office, with more than 250 creative professionals. Their complementary backgrounds in systems and stories, respectively, are a driving force for award-winning work. Chloe joined R/GA in 2000, worked on Nike for several years and eventually served as the ECD on Nokia¹s global account, leading teams in New York and London. She has worked in the United States and abroad as a design leader, a creative leader, and a visionary contributing to the development of futurevision, R/GA's evolving vision of the consumer landscape.

As an industry thought leader, she has spoken across a broad range of topics at industry events from SXSW to the Click Conference in New York. Chloe has served as a Cyber Lions judge at Cannes in 2010. Chloe has earned numerous honors at the most prestigious industry award shows, including the One Show Interactive, the Cannes Cyber Lions, the CLIOs, the ADC Awards, and the International ANDY Awards. She also teaches and lectures at a variety of institutions, including Carnegie Mellon University and SVA MFA IxD.

For the past decade Chloe led and managed R/GA's Interaction Design department. In this role, she provided the vision for the largest Interaction Design team at any agency. Through Chloe¹s leadership and direction, the Interaction Design team has been instrumental in groundbreaking work including Nike + and Nokia Vine. She has created a unique training curriculum for the IxD Department called Re-Boot which provides a framework for mapping new digital eco-systems.

Chloe broadened her expertise at Razorfish, where she engaged in deep ethnographic and insight-related engagements. While at Razorfish, she worked on diverse brands from Condé Nast (embracing social networks on Flip.com) to Mercedes-AMG (creating an immersive, user-driven experience on Mercedes-AMG.com).
