Dagmar is founder and copywriter at Ernö, a small advertising agency in Oslo. Ernö has been ranked as one of the four best agencies in Norway for the third year in a row, and Dagmar has been rated among the Top Ten Creatives in the same survey. In 2008 she received "The Golden Pencil", a prize of honour, given to persons that has contributed to the standards of norwegian advertising for years. Previously she has been working in Bates, Virtual Garden, BBDO and Ogilvy. She has received recognition in Cannes and Eurobest several times and has been judging every local show there is, and a few international ones. Dagmar lives in Oslo with her boyfriend and is a mediocrate sportsclimber and a lousy runner.
