His integrated "Help the Honey Bees" campaign for Häagen-Dazs helped earn the brand the first-ever Green Pencil awarded by The One Club.

Jim came to advertising by way of the Portfolio Center in Atlanta after earning a BA from the University of Pennsylvania. He cut his writer's teeth at Mullen Advertising in Wenham, Massachusetts, followed by a position at Cole & Weber United in Seattle that evolved into a creative director/partner position, before settling in at Goodby in 2006.
