Tom Coates is creative director at BSSP in Sausalito, CA. At BSSP he's overseen work on Columbia Sportswear, Converse, Sorel, Nokia, ZICO Coconut Water, and US Bank. He began his career at Leagas~Delaney San Francisco as a writer on adidas, Sega, CNET, and more internet start-ups than he can remember. He was associate creative director at See (formerly OWN&P) on Electronic Arts, launching major titles such as Madden and NBA Live. Tom lives with his wife and two boys in the birthplace of mountain biking, hot-tubbing, and excessive trophy-giving.
