Before transferring to Y&R Johannesburg in 2012, Bibi did a 3-year stint in New York gaining further experience at Y&R NY as Creative Director developing global campaigns for Colgate Palmolive. Prior to Y&R NY, Bibi joined Lowe and Partners, NY in 2009 as Creative Director for Unilever.

Bibi began her career at TBWA Hunt Lascaris, Johannesburg in 1998. Over the next 11 years Bibi worked her way up from an assistant art director to a senior art director. During this time she worked on several blue-chip brands from automotive to banking to fast-moving goods and further winning local and international awards; Cannes, One Show, Clio and London International.
