Gideon Amichay is the Founder & Chief Creative Officer of No, No, No, No, No, Yes, a creative boutique, focused on innovation in communication, based in New York City. Amichay is the former Chief Creative Officer & Joint Managing Partner of Shalmor Avnon Amichay / Y&R, Israel (1994-2011) were he led the agency to become a market leader in creativity and innovation. In 2011, the agency was successfully sold to WPP. Over the years Amichay won top honors and awards from Cannes Lions, One Show, Clio, ADC, Communication Arts, LIA, NYF and the UN. During his 18 years career with the agency, the agency has been named 2nd best Media Agency of the Year (Cannes Lions 2009) and 2nd best PR Agency of the Year (Cannes Lions 2011.) In 2012, he served as the President of the Direct Jury at the Cannes Festival.
