Braun is currently the Executive Creative Director at INNOCEAN USA, where he provides creative vision, leadership and inspiration for the agency's national brand, digital, social and retail work. His approach sets the tone for innovative, integrated, sales-driving and award-winning solutions.

Since Greg's appointment to ECD in 2012, his contributions have been both positive and immediate. INNOCEAN has grown its client roster under his leadership, adding brands FootJoy, the #1 shoe in golf, See's Candies and Alpina Yogurt, as well as work for Vans and OC Watersheds. INNOCEAN has also received 65 creative awards between 2013 and 2014, including being awarded Best Automotive Interactive Advertising of the Year by the One Show.

Under Greg's creative leadership, INNOCEAN made USA TODAY's Ad Meter Top 10 Super Bowl Commercials two years in a row (2013 and 2014) for their work with Hyundai. The commercials received widespread industry praise including being listed in additional Super Bowl commercial top ten lists such as: MTV's Top Ten, YouTube's Ad Blitz, Adweek's Top 10, Fox Sports' Top Ten, People magazine's Top Ten, Yahoo!'s Top Ten, and Time magazine's Best Super Bowl Commercials. In 2013 CNN ran the headline, "Hyundai Wins Super Bowl Ad Wars," the day after the Super Bowl. In 2014, Hyundai was ranked as the #1 automotive commercial during the Super Bowl.

Prior to joining INNOCEAN, Greg was the President, Executive Creative Director and Co-founder of PULSE, a Team Detroit company driven by an entrepreneurial culture, specializing in 360° creatively integrated solutions. During his time with PULSE, he grew the team from 15 to 150 employees, experiencing 50% annual growth that amounted to total billings exceeding in $400 million during the recession.

Before that successful run, Greg simultaneously built his leadership skills and creative reputation as EVP/Executive Creative Director while steering Lincoln at Y&R Detroit. As SVP/Group Creative Director at Energy BBDO Chicago he rallied the White Sox, Wrigley and Altoids. As Group Creative Director at Saatchi & Saatchi-LA he helped Toyota become the #1-selling automotive brand in the world. And at Fallon in Minneapolis he contributed to the success of blue-chip brands such as Starbucks, Lee Jeans, Nikon and Citibank.

Further validating the successful brand building Greg has done for his clients are the awards he's won for the work, which includes Cannes Lions, The Clios, Communication Arts, the Andy Awards and the Effies. He's won the One Show Gold Pencil, Best of Show at the New York Festivals, Ad Age's Best Ad of the Year, and has work in the Museum of Modern Art's permanent collection. He's also served as a Judge for the Cannes Young Lions, the Effie Awards, the Webby Awards, and was a member of the Grand Jury judging the New York Festivals.
