Simon Schwaighofer is Creative Director at Red Bull Creative, the brand's in-house agency in Salzburg. He has been responsible for corporate projects around the energy drink for the last eight years. Before he joined Red Bull Creative he worked at Springer & Jacoby for the brand Mercedes-Benz in Hamburg, London and Vienna and he gained experience in Eastern Europe at Grey Prague for the client Škoda.

Simon is intrigued with the unique qualities of each brand and wants to continuously improve them. So his main focus lies on brand concepts especially for companies which are looking for unique stories to tell to define their own brand character. He gives lectures on creativity at universities (New Design University St. Pölten), advertising festivals and road shows (Golden Drum Festival, Best Marketing International). In 2014 he was appointed to the Cannes Cyber Lions Jury. Simon is a member of the Creative Club Austria and lives with his family in Vienna.
