A brief stint in account management made Ash realise that she belonged on the other side of the agency, so she swapped powerpoint for an HB pencil and has never looked back.
After six years at Lowe and three years at JWT, Ash joined Y&R Dubai in 2010. She was part of the team responsible for helping Y&R Dubai become the most awarded Middle East agency in Cannes Lions history in 2013 and Dubai Lynx Agency of the Year for 3 years in a row from 2011 – 2013.
Ash's work has been honoured at Cannes Lions, The One Show, New York Festivals, Epica, Dubai Lynx and the Cristal Awards.
