For over 18 years I've led multidisciplinary teams at some of the world's top advertising agencies including AMV BBDO, R/GA, AKQA, and BBH. Throughout my career, my passion for digital and experiential has taken me from Brazil to Canada, New York and Japan, working with famous brands such as Nike, Guinness, IKEA, Mars, Mercedes, Bacardi and BT.

I'm also the founder of the industry collective Production Social, part of Creative Social, building links to London's most talented minds living in the intersection of advertising, arts and technology.

At present, I'm the Head of AMV XLAB, the digital, social and innovation lab at AMV BBDO. I'm responsible for 50+ team of specialists that uses technology to solve client's business problems rooted in cultural insights. Our team of highly skilled creative thinkers and makers collaborate with strategists and technology experts to put our users at the heart of every experience, helping our clients be helpful brands for their consumers. Data and research strengthen our solutions to business, consumer and communication challenges.
