Thorbjørn Ruud works as Creative Director and is a founding partner of the agency POL in Oslo. He works as an art director with clients like Audi, Eurosport, Discovery, Telenor, Tine, DNB Bank and Vipps. POL was founded 4 years ago by 6 partners, all from TRY, Norway´s best ad agency 14 years in a row. POL has been one of the most awarded agencys in Norway the last three years, and has since the start-up year been ranked second best agency in Norway, after TRY. Before his 17 years in TRY and POL, Thorbjørn worked for BBDO Oslo.

Thorbjørn has won gold in all the major national and international award shows. In 2017 he won 21 international prizes (Gold, Grand Prix, Yellow pencil), for the Audi VR-Real time Campaign: Enter Sandbox. And together with his team-partner he has been awarded the honorary Award by Norwegian Advertising industry.
