Jackson is a passionate exhibition and experience design practitioner who works across multiple mediums, such as museum exhibits, experiential retail environments, toys and games, and web and mobile platforms. He has worked at ESI Design on NASA's Kennedy Space Center Museum and the Pope John Paul II Cultural Center. Jackson then focused his design efforts on omni-channel experiences such as innovative designs for VTech Toys and diverse design projects for MTV Networks. Over the last ten years, Jackson served in leadership roles building user experience disciplines for NYC agencies and partnered with clients such as Motorola, the Jamaican Tourist Board, Aetna, and Vans.

Jackson also serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Fashion Institute of Technology's Master of Arts program in Exhibition and Experience Design. He is a frequent speaker at exhibition and experience design conferences, and was most recently the Keynote Speaker at the 2017 Fashion Institute of Technology's Capstone event.

In his spare time, Jackson loves longboarding with his dog Fudge, and when the weather gets cold he stays indoors building miniature dioramas that serve as backdrops for his action figures and Japanese miniature food collection.
