Pete started his career in New York City working on Diet Coke and Coca Cola. At age 25, Pete was ready for a new city and a new challenge. He moved to Boston and became creative director and partner at Houston Herstek Favat. In 1999, he joined Arnold when it acquired Houston Herstek Favat. Pete now oversees 19 clients and is known for the most successful national anti-tobacco program in history with his work on Truth. He has won every award there is to win, including Gold Lions at Cannes, Gold pencils at the One Show, Communication Arts honors, Andy's, Gold Clio's , British D&AD, Grand Effies and an Emmy Award. Pete has directed many of his own television commercials and also directed a highly acclaimed documentary film for MTV called "I Can't Breathe".
