Rossana moved to London three years ago to join the Mother London office as an art director and writer and has since been promoted to a creative director responsible for leading global as well as regional pieces of business. Before joining Mother, Rossana started her career at Ground Zero in Santa Monica, California where she started as an intern working late hours, and making several coffee runs. Rossana left there in 1997 to work at Cliff Freeman & Partners in New York City. Rossana worked on Coca Cola, Staples, Little Ceasars, the Independent Film Channel and Fox sports. While there, Cliff Freeman and Partners won more local, national, and international awards than any other agency and was named Agency of the Year three years in a row. Rossana, and then creative partner Dan Morales, also managed to win the Grand Prix Lion from the Cannes Advertising festival, which was a first for Cliff Freeman and Partners. Her work has also been recognized at The One Show, D&AD, The Art Directors Club, The Clios, The Addys, The Andys, Young Guns, British Television Awards. Rossana has been recognized by Creativity as "a bright, up-and-coming talent" and voted on by her peers as the top art director in 2002 by Boards magazine.
