Though a northerner by birth, Liz has spent her advertising career in the warmth and humidity of the South. Except for four years as a copywriter at The Martin Agency, she has devoted her talent and passion for great work to McKinney. Liz became a GCD in the late ‘90s and has touched the vast majority of brands to come through the agency. She has created some of the agency’s most memorable and award-winning work.

Her accolades include awards from The One Show, The One Show Interactive, Communication Arts, D&AD, Cannes, the MIXX Awards and Art Directors Club. Currently, Liz directs McKinney’s work on Nationwide, GNC and Mizuno. In the past she’s written for and overseen Audi, Nasdaq, Aetna, Polaris Industries, Lands’ End, Virgin Atlantic Airways and Select Comfort. Liz is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
