Self-taught as a designer, developer and a 3D artist. JoonYong Park graduated high school in an early age of fifteen and started working in the industry of interactive design. Over 12 years of experience and his passion of design brought him to be the Creative Director of award winning digital agency Firstborn. Quickly he became Chief Creative Officer and led the team to win the OMMA Creative Agency of the Year in 2009, Adage A-List 2009 and "Fast company: 50 most innovative Companies" in 2010. His creative direction and design earned him numerous honorable awards such as The One Show, Clio Awards, London International Awards and over 40 FWA awards.

He has been featured in many publications including Advertising Age in 2011 as a "Creative You Should Know" and Korean magazine in 2003 as a "Designer Who Brought Korea's Design to the World." He has served on the judges’ panel for several major interactive award shows including London International Awards, ADCC Awards, Midas Awards and Ad Stars in Korea. Never satisfied with the current landscape, Joon continues to find the new ways to forward the interactive industry and develop unparalleled creative solutions for the clients.
