Josh Denberg

Division of Labor

San Francisco

Josh started his career in Minneapolis where he earned distinction as the first copywriter intern not hired at Bozell Advertising.

After stints at Clarity Coverdale and Ammirati in New York he moved to Goodby Silverstein and Partners in San Francisco where he spent 8 years working on clients like Nike, Porsche, Cracker Jack, TNT, Vail Resorts and Specialized Bikes to name a few.

After winning a bunch of awards he moved to Leo Burnett in his hometown of Chicago and worked on Cadillac, Chef Boyardee, Ambassador Scotch, Cort Guitars and Washington Mutual before they went bankrupt in the financial meltdown.

He moved back out West to work at McCann San Francisco but recently left to start the Division of Labor with co-creative director Paul Hirsch. Josh is a writer but he doesn't spell very well and he apologizes for any typos you may have found.
