Carol is a Director and co-owner of Publicis Dublin in Ireland. She has 26 years experience working with brands in advertising agencies in Ireland. Starting in Janus Advertising in 1990, she moved to Hunter Advertising and then Euro RSCG where she became Head of Art Direction working on Guinness, Levis, Heinz and Anti-Smoking Campaigns. Carol joined Publicis in 2001 as a creative director, transforming the creative department into the most creatively awarded agency in Ireland for a staggering 10 years running. She has won numerous national awards throughout her career along with a multitude of international shiny trophies. She believes in creating an environment that allows ideas to flourish, establishing a positive creative culture throughout the company.
