Erh Ray is CO-CEO and CCO of Havas Creative Group Brazil, also partner of BETC São Paulo, with Gal Barradas. In 2016, they both were elected “The Best Agency Executives” by the ABP (Brazilian Advertising Association).

During his 25-years career in advertising, Erh’s work has been awarded at all the key Brazilian and international festivals – including 16 Cannes, Clios, FIAP and New York Festival awards. He has been jury member at Cannes Festival twice at Film category, and also had 42 campaigns published on ‘Archive’ magazine.

Erh has started his career as an art director in Brazil and was hired in 1994 by DM9DDB, where he created highly awarded campaigns. His work attracted the attention of DDB’s head office in New York, where he subsequently worked and developed campaigns for brands such as Bentley, McDonald´s, Compaq and Philips.

In 2000, Erh returned to Brazil as Chief Creative Officer of DM9DDB. In late 2002, he founded his own agency: BorghiErh. In December of 2006, BorghiErh merged with global network Lowe + Partners and Erh became co-Chief Executive Officer of the agency. BorghiErh/Lowe was the fastest growing agency in Brazil for four consecutive years.

In 2012, Erh left BorghiErh with the ambition of building an innovative project. Finally, in 2014, he founded the Brazilian unit of BETC with his partner Gal Barradas. They have also been nominated Co-CEOs of Havas Creative Group in 2016.
