Tim Flood is an Executive Creative Director at Arnold New York, leading a team of 25 creatives for The Hershey Company account and new business. In the last year alone, Tim and his team have won at Cannes, D&AD, One Show, London International Awards and the Webby for Social Campaign of the Year.

Tim is a multi-talented advertising and communications veteran. He led creative for Champs Sports, Google and Budweiser's Made in America at Translation. While there he pitched and won the coveted NBA account and built launches for Bud Light and Beats Music.  He was one of the leads behind the launch of Budweiser Made in America, a massive effort that has expanded to become the third-largest music festival in the country. Tim has earned Lions, One Shows, D&ADs, Addys, London International Awards and Effies on behalf of The Hershey Company, Budweiser, Unilever, IBM, and Sony, as well as a Grand Prix at the Jay Chiat Planning Awards for his efforts on Vaseline's "Prescribe the Nation."  He has lectured at Miami Ad School, VCU Brandcenter and New York University, among others. Before his time at Arnold he held creative and strategy roles at Translation New York, London's Beattie McGuinness Bungay, Bartle Bogle Hegarty New York, Ogilvy & Mather New York, and TBWA\Chiat\Day Los Angeles.
