Paula Storrer is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Advertising + Public Relations at Michigan State University. She earned her BA in Marketing, BFA in Art Education and MFA in Graphic Design from MSU. Paula has taught graphic design and studio art foundation courses in the Department of Art & Art History and creative advertising courses in the Department of Advertising + Public Relations at MSU. She pursues non-traditional teaching pedagogies to accelerate student learning and consistently seeks alternative paths for better student understanding and creative solutions. Paula is a designer, artist and creative solution seeker. She is curious and determined to promote critical thinking and creative problem solving methods. One of the most important goals she has is to encourage students to be the "best-figure outers" of figuring it out!
