Roselie is a specialist in the use of strategic communications for International Development - building partnerships between the corporate and non-profit and government sectors. Her extensive experience in Eastern Europe, Central Asia, West Africa, Latin America and the Middle East and North Africa uses entrepreneurial approaches to social justice programming. Her team builds linkages between the creative industry, non-profits and media practitioners to jointly promote narratives of peace, progress and partnership. She currently serves as the Global Director for Civil Society with PartnersGlobal, an international nonprofit committed to building sustainable capacity to advance civil society institutions and a culture of peaceful change and conflict management worldwide. Current initiatives include the Narratives for Peace Project, in partnership with TOMS, the One Club, Leo Burnett, the UN and the Alliance for Peacebuilding. Partners specializes in organizational development and social entrepreneurship, having provided the seed capital and technical assistance to establish 21 independent centers around the world. Ms. Vasquez-Yetter has managed international programming for USAID, the World Bank, EBRD, TACIS and UNHCR. She is fluent in English, French, Russian and Spanish and has worked and lived in Russia, Central Asia, the Middle East, Latin America and Africa.
