Gui Racz is an Creative Director who started his career in Brazil and moved to the U.S. in 2014. Before going to advertising school, he had to abandon his career as a drummer because… well, because he was not talented enough.

At the age of 24 he was chosen to be part of the Brazilian Young Lions delegation.

Gui has worked with numerous global brands such as Land Rover, Heineken, LG, Play-Doh, Honda, Telefonica and most recently Jack Daniel's.

With more than 10 years of experience, Gui has won numerous major awards including Cannes Lions, One Show pencils, D&ADs, Clios, LIAs and many others. Recently he was ranked the #6 most awarded Art Director in the world according to One Show Festival. But he is especially proud of his most recent layout, his son Gael.

Gui is currently working as Creative Director at Arnold Worldwide.
