The W brochure is designed to build a buzz around the emerging “New Hollywood” and stir interest in the unique real estate offering within this realm. Also on tap was the need to leverage W Brand equity and all of the W Hotel amenities included in the offering of The Residences at W Hollywood – a tower connected to the Hotel. It’s Home, Rescripted.

Objective

The brochure went to top prospects and buyers under contract as a premium gift. The intent was for the book to become a source of bragging rights and be seen within the Hollywood scene.

Technical Challenge

The time and budget constraints dictated that that the print and broadcast be produced entirely in one day. A crew of 25+ crew and talent migrated the property from ground level to rooftop in a span of 12 hours to capture the imagery and footage. Inherently, it created some good, frantic, realistic energy that played well into the piece.
