The One Club Education Department supports the next generation of advertising and design creatives. Working with schools throughout the world, The One Club creates and sponsors events and opportunities for students to immerse themselves in the professional community. The annual Young Ones Competition identifies the most promising up-and-coming international creative talent, celebrated during Creative Week at The Young Ones Education Festival.
Inclusion & Diversity
The One Club is dedicated to celebrating creative excellence in advertising and design. We partner with agencies to offer diversity workforce entry programs such as the Creative Boot Camps and Here Are All the Black People, A Multicultural Career Fair. These events provide access and exposure for aspiring creatives to develop their talents and careers.
Increasing diversity in creative careers and leading agency culture change is the mission of One-ID. In addition to our exposure programs, One-ID strives to move the needle of diversity with the creation of an over-arching agency wide Diversity Score Card and Diversity Council.

One-ID Diversity Council
The One-ID Diversity Council is a collective of agency stakeholders and external partners committed to change through establishing diversity initiatives. Council members are charged with creating a strategy that encourages diverse change in agency recruitment, retention, procurement and culture. Diversity resources and best practices are shared amongst council members and leaders who are already successfully implementing diversity policies and practices. The One-ID Diversity Council meets quarterly and strives to become the universal model for diversity and inclusion in the creative industry.
Diversity Score Card
The One Club for Creativity Diversity Score Card is a benchmark for all agencies interested in internally reflecting on how their diversity initiatives serve their clients and creative communities. The score card assesses efforts at a diversity-and-inclusion level and informs policy changes which tie directly to the business ROI. The scorecard is a tool, used to engage a conversation about how to implement diversity correctly in agency culture and gives a diversity baseline for agencies. The Diversity Score Card supports the creative industry and can support the first award for agencies leading diverse change.
The One Club brings together creatives from around the world through conferences, meetings and programming to discuss, mentor and inspire the creative community surrounding an important topic in the industry — gender equality. This year, we are developing new programming to enhance our 50/50 initiative and to expand advocacy for women in advertising and creative careers
Throughout the year The One Club produces professional development opportunities for rising creatives and veterans in the industry through events such as the Creative Leaders Retreat and the Creative Summit.
