Parenting Through a Pandemic: Lessons and Learnings From the Home Front
on Aug 04, 2020
Juggling a demanding career and motherhood has never been easy in adland. But drop a global pandemic into the mix and now creative moms are dealing with truly unprecedented levels of pressure.
This group of Next Creative Leaders are all moms—and have had to blend work and home life like never before: scheduling presentations around play time, handling hot deliverables and diaper duty—and hoping to nail down new business during noon naptime. They’ll offer a candid look at how they’re managing (or not) the home team and the work team, and offer thoughts on how to support all-star creative parents during a pandemic—and beyond.
Speakers:
Neisha Tweed Bell, Creative Director at Facebook, Atlanta
Alyssa Georg, Creative Director at Droga5, New York City
Dafna Garber, Creative Director at TBWAMedia Arts Lab, Los Angeles
Moderator: Laurel Stark, Creative Director, San Francisco
