After consistently being named one of the top ten copywriters in Canada, Denise was appointed Executive Creative Director of the DDB Toronto office in 2010. In 2012 they were named Agency of the Year.

Today she is a partner at ds+p and is one of Canada's top 10 Creative Directors. She has won awards in every national and international award show including: Cannes Lions, The One Show, Communication Arts and D&AD.

Denise has judged several international award shows including Cannes and is now proud to be part of The One Show jury.

She is mom of twin 6-year old boys who have shown no interest in advertising unless it's about soccer.
