Andy is Chief of Stuff at Rattling Stick where he heads up the company's original and branded content output. His role includes creatively developing and packaging a growing slate of original content projects for leading studios, broadcasters and platforms, as well as overseeing the company's music video and branded entertainment offering. Andy is also executive producer and founding partner of editorial brand, Saints of Somewhere, a highly respected podcast interview series, downloaded over 600K times and championed by the likes of The Guardian, Vogue and The Sunday Times.

Prior to joining Rattling Stick, Andy was co-founder of The Mill Creative with Rodrigo Sobral. He helped lead the creative and production agency to win Grand Prix', 32 international awards and a nomination for Digital Agency of The Year at the BIMAs in 2012. Whilst at The Mill, he also conceived of and produced Mill Colour, one of the very first iPhone grading apps, which received over 2m downloads and was featured in 'Best Apps of the Year' by the FWA.

He began his career in music video at Propaganda Films working for directors such as Mark Romanek and Stephane Sednaoui before freelancing in production for Chris Cunningham. He later went to Virgin Records' as Video Commissioner, working closely with Head of Video, Carole Burton-Fairbrother, on films for artists such as Chemical Brothers, Massive Attack, David Bowie and Spice Girls. Whilst at Virgin he produced 'One Hour of Girl Power' for Spice Girls, which was one of the best selling music docs of all time.

Andy script-edits for several directors and producers and also writes extensively himself. He has contributed articles or spoken at events for organisations such as Cannes Entertainment Lions, D&AD, AdWeek, Shots and the APA FOA. He is a father of two and a graduate of Goldmsith's College.
