Tera Hanks is a brand agent at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), an entertainment and sports agency based in Los Angeles with offices in New York, London, Nashville, and Beijing. Hanks works in the Los Angeles office and has identified and packaged multiplatform branding initiatives for brands such as Unilever, Yahoo! and Cisco, among others.

Prior to joining CAA, Hanks served as President and CEO of Embassy Row LLC, the production and branded-entertainment outfit she co-founded with TV producer Michael Davies ("Who wants to be a Millionaire") and film producer Chris Moore (the "American Pie" films). As CEO, Hanks managed Embassy Row's brand relationships and drove branded entertainment for the company. Two of her recent projects were named among Advertising Age's "Best Madison+Vine Campaigns of 2005." For Mountain Dew, Tera was instrumental in producing the full-length snowboarding documentary "First Descent," and for Pepsi, she produced and helped create the Web reality series, "100 Concerts in 100 Days," which was featured on Yahoo! Music.

Before her tenure at Embassy Row, Hanks served as president of entertainment marketing firm Davie-Brown Entertainment. As president of Davie-Brown, Hanks led the company in its range of services, from branded entertainment and integrated media deals to promotions and buzz marketing. Her clients included such global brands as Pepsi, HP, BMW, Reebok, NFL, American Express, Sony PlayStation, and Yahoo!
