Kerstin is co-founder & president of PRETTYBIRD, a hybrid production company she established in 2008 with Paul Hunter. With offices in Los Angeles and London, PRETTYBIRD inspires content for all forms of entertainment.
She is recognized for her relationships with top agencies, clients, artists, and managers. Her experience and unique style across various platforms have allowed her to stand out in her industry. Under her direction, PRETTYBIRD has collected Grammys, Emmys, D&AD Awards, Cannes Lions & Grand Prix, Clio’s, MTV Video Music Awards and was named Creativity’s 2015 Production Company of the Year.
She is a member of the D&AD International Advisory Panel and Mayor Garcetti’s Entertainment Advisory Council. Emhoff founded Pipelines; a diversity & inclusion platform aimed toward combating the disconnect between minorities and jobs within entertainment, tech, and creative industries.
