Jacqueline Bosselaar is considered one of the driving forces in the revolution of PR in The Netherlands. Being an earned media strategist at heart, she has a passion for the (creative) impact only PR can make.

Jacqueline believes that marketing needs a different approach to be effective today. Attention needs to be earned to be able to truly reach and touch the eyes and hearts of people. Her mission is to fight waste in communications by creating stories strong enough to be shared by people and media. Therefore she founded progressive and award-winning agency for earned marketing & reputation, HPB (Het PR Bureau) in 2005.

Being recognised in lists like ‘The Next Women 100’ for six years, Jacqueline also takes pride in getting rewarded as ‘Great Place to Work’ with HPB for several years. The agency has been rewarded for its work by Cannes Lions, Eurobest, Sabre and European Excellence Awards.

After being Jury President PR for the Dutch ADCN Awards in 2017, she has been appointed official ADCN Ambassador for PR. In recent times Jacqueline was a jury member of Dubai Lynx 2020+2021, Eurobest 2019, the Dutch Esprix Awards in 2018 and 2019 - taking the Jury President role in 2020 and 2021 - as well as the Dutch SpinAwards (for digital innovation) in 2019 and 2020.
