Julia Nicolaisen joint Serviceplan Group in digital campaigning 4 years ago. She built up extensive expertise in the planning and management of online and offline creative campaigns. Based on her diverse client portfolio, her skills for social media marketing and content marketing were intensified. She focuses on best consulting with the highest strategic and creative demand. The management of brand launches with the implementation of 360° campaigns strengthens her brand management for start-ups and clients such as Allianz, BOSCH and BMW. Her passion for rethinking towards a more sustainable economy lead her to develop Serviceplan´s climate protection initiative „weGREEN“ and strategically leading and expanding it. From an initial impulse to do something for more climate protection she created a movement within and beyond the Serviceplan Group. This became the most ambitious sustainability project in the German advertising industry so far. Under the motto #fightdailydumbness the initiative calls for more environmentally friendly behaviour in everyday work and life. She shows that empathy and purpose prove to be powerful sources which not only bring up better answers in times of crisis but also turn out to be very valuable companions for all those who work on the solutions of tomorrow.
