With more than 20 years working in graphic design, art direction, product design and photography, Agnete specializes in defining and implementing 'bold brand identity in visual mediums.' Her clients have included LEGO, UNICEF, 20th Century FOX, The AIDS Foundation, Sony Music, Virgin Records, L'Oreal, and The Walt Disney Company. Now, Agnete leads the bicoastal design team at The Walt Disney Company's in-house creative agency for Disney Parks & Resorts, Experiences, and Consumer Products. Before earning her degree in Visual Communication from Danmarks Designskole/The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Art in 1999, Agnete traveled the world as a model. The 'iconic 90s style' international modeling and runway scene shifted to photography, and soon Agnete started a design studio. “OERNSHOLT” became Agnete's principal occupation, and it was her springboard from Copenhagen/Denmark to Los Angeles/CA. Along the way, Agnete experienced both the agency and the in-house side of the business as an Art Director/Designer at Danish advertising agencies and as Brand Design Manager at the iconic toy brand LEGO, for several years. Her works are featured in magazines, books, television, and virtual design media, garnering several awards, including the New York Festivals, The ADDYs, and D&AD. As head of Design at Disney Yellow Shoes, Agnete motivates and grows high-performance creatives while discovering new talents focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
