That has been my daily aspiration for over 20 years as co-founder and managing director of VOSS+FISCHER. Being responsible at the beginning of my career for entertainment productions all around the world, I later joined the entertaining path of being a creative director. Since 1995 I found my way, our way of VOSS+FISCHER. (Creativity, strategy, teamwork, passion, hard work, joy, solidarity, pain, sweat… but what makes us unique is the deep understanding of the existing strategy of our clients.) We are not too proud to build ideas on existing strategies, we do not have to invent the wheel every time we participate in a pitch. Creativity and strength comes from our ability to adapt the existing campaign and take it into live communication. Self-destruction as a way to form our work into a new shape and greatness. My purpose in my team is to bring tranquility when everyone is too huffed up and to push over the literally “edge of the plate”, just to give a new point of view. Nowadays I direct in the best meaning, I advise, jump into work and enjoy the professional distance when needed. As a consulting partner for companies and brands, my goal is to make communication tangible and visible. The same applies to my engagement as a Vice President of the Art Directors Club in Germany, Executive Board Member of the Art Directors Club of Europe and International Board Member at The One Club of Creativity, New York.
