Born in Oviedo (Spain) and father of Andres and Catalina, Jesús graduated from Miami Adschool (Miami) long, long time ago. He has extensive international experience in the advertising industry, having worked in New York, Amsterdam, Hamburg and Madrid, formed in agencies such as Ruiz Nicoli, JungVonMatt or Strawberryfrog. He joined Contrapunto BBDO in 2002, and worked there until 2004 when he returned to America, to start working at The Vidal Partnership, New York, where he was named associate creative director. In 2007 he returned to his home country and joined El Laboratorio Springer & Jacoby, and spent there 7 years. Becoming the Executive Creative Director of the agency in 2011. In May 2014 he joined Leo Burnett Madrid as Executive Creative Director. During his time there, they won the pitch for Loteria de Navidad (Spanish Christmas Lottery) and their work for that client got to be the most awarded commercial of the world in 2016 (Justino). In March 2017 he joined Havas Spain as Chief Creative Officer, managing both Madrid and Barcelona offices. His work had been honoured at every major award show worldwide.
