Helen’s 25+ year career spans across advertising agencies to tech and now to brand side at Disney. At Disney, Helen leads the award-winning internal agency, Yellow Shoes, that creates campaigns, branding, activations, partnerships and programming content for Disney’s Parks, Experiences and Products segment, as well as partners across The Walt Disney company. Her agency career has included roles at Saatchi, JWT, Taxi, Ogilvy, Strawberryfrog, with leadership positions including CEO/Chief Creative Officer at Havas and President/Chief Creative Officer at Grey Canada. She has also worked at Facebook/Instagram as a Creative Strategist on their global Creative Shop team. Her work has been recognized by major shows globally and in top film festivals. A recurring juror, Helen has served on Cannes Branded Entertainment, Cannes Lions Film jury, One Show, Jury chair for Clios' Innovation/Integrated, D&AD, LIAs, Dubai Lynx, NY Festivals, CA, Effies, ADCC, Marketing Awards and AdStars in Asia. She has also been recognized on Adweek’s Creative 100 list and 'Top Global Leaders in Advertising’. She has a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Toronto, briefly practicing before moving into her Advertising career.
