Eduardo is Cuban born, American by choice. At BG, Eduardo inspires teams across the agency to foster and scale creativity and work collaboratively to create great work for a greater good. Under his leadership, the agency has won more than 350 awards and has been named one of Adweek's Fastest Growing Agencies in the world for three consecutive years. Before joining BG, he led teams throughout Latin America to create regional campaigns for global brands like Samsung, MoneyGram, General Mills, and GE, and he has been an adjunct professor at the Superior Institute of Design (ISDI) in Havana. He is also a painter and illustrator. His artworks have been published and exhibited internationally and live in the permanent collection of American museums. Eduardo is extremely passionate about life, ideas, and collaboration and believes that inspiring people is the best currency. Fatherhood is his ultimate privilege.
