Chloe Sharfin has a decade of experience leading design, sustainability and social impact strategy for clients across the tech, retail, CPG, HR and financial services sectors to solve their business, design and ESG challenges. Currently, Chloe is a researcher and strategist at Smart Design, where she leads user research to uncover user needs and wants, and shape physical and digital product, service and experience design with sustainability and inclusivity at the core of her work. Prior to Smart Design, Chloe led teams through the early stages of product development as a PM and researcher at frog. Previously, she developed sustainability and social impact strategies, programs and partnerships for Fortune 100 companies and nonprofits at Edelman and APCO Worldwide.
